Cordon bleu originated as a schnitzel filled with cheese in the 40s. From then on, many variants have been made including adding a thin slice of ham along with a Swiss cheese. Try our weekly special that is perfect to pair with pan-fried potatoes and red bell pepper.

An international blend with a specialization in Middle Eastern, Asian and tender wagyu steaks.

Locally raised wagyu cattle from Mt. Katinglad in Bukidnon, Mindanao. Our Wagyu Beef is grass & pineapple fed, hormone & enhancer free, raised for 600 days with absolutely no shortcuts. Our steaks are one inch thick, please allow 80 minutes for thawing and cooking. To avoid this wait time, please order pre-order your steak. *Catch of the day (ask your server what local fish we are grilling today).
